Find your level

Salsa On2 levels:

Each level consists of two 12 week courses (one year)


Salsa On2 Level 1

This level does not require any prior experience. You will go through all the basics during the fall and during the spring you will go through improver level steps and turns.

Salsa On2 Level 2

This level requires at least one year of salsa classes prior. It’s the recommended class if you have danced a lot of salsa on 1 (cuban or LA style) and want to start your journey with On2 salsa

Salsa On2 Level 3

This is where you learn the basics of all the advanced techniques, in both footwork and partnerwork.

In this level you will also learn the basics of Pachanga, Swing, rumba, pilon and some afro-cuban dances.

This class is great to combine with our level 4.

This level requires a solid understanding of salsa on2 timing.

Salsa On2 Level 4

This class is a challenge level. You will get to play with fun and demanding footwork as well as partnerwork. The combinations will also include pachanga swing and elements from afro-cuban dances. If you are not familiar with these danes, we recommend that you combine this level with level 3.

This level requires a solid understanding of salsa on2 timing.

Friday shines-Lady styling

This is a open level class, that means that you can join and work on your level, but you should have taken at least one full 12 week course before. The class is focused on expression so you will get things to work on regardless of your level.

Beyond Salsa

This is a dance class focused on technique. Exercises and combinations are inspired by different dance styles such as Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary. You will work on your turns, isolations, finding your center, body movements and discover different qualities that will make your dance more colorful and let you go beyond your dance as you know it.

Pilates-stretch n’ strength

This class do not require any earlier experience with pilates.

All exercises can be adjusted to the participants level.

Bring your own yoga-mat. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use a towel.
