-Back to basic. Go through your basic technique. No matter on what level you are, reviewing and improving your basics are what will allow you to reach a higher level as well as make you look smooth and confident in whatever you do.
-Body movement. Learn to articulate, isolate different body parts and find the coordination that will give you that “groove”
-Lady styling. Explore your feminine movement qualities. Learn styling and movements and how it can be used in solo as well as with a partner.
